Hope everything is great just been looking for work. I had a chance to be creative in the last few days so here is some new stuff!!

Hey been busy, but I found the time to make a quick diddle. I had a kick ass site for someone… fully functional and dynamic…. and it really makes me want to revamp the purge to version 6.o. The more time goes on the more I learn so the more fun I get to have. As soon as I learn how to do some sweet flash I will feel partially complete haha. Well take care!

So its been a few weeks and I am riding the coster from crazy busy to just busy… I have been geek-in out a lot with my studies that has kind inspired me to create some work that is based of a nerdy/tech genre. I haven’t made them or even attempted, but have been thinking about it.. hopefully I can try it out soon!

To this day my facial hair still has a long way to go… BUT I am determined to actually perform this time around… Usually November is a good starting for the Novem-beard, Ill just get a head start! I’ll give it 2 weeks and then update my horrible facial hair process! I think everyone (if you can somewhat grow facial hair) should attempt it! If your a female its up to your own judgement if you want to tackle that adventure.

Soooo I’ve been super busy but at the same time pretty bored. I think I am going to redo most of the look of ThePurgeOnline, but I will keep the blog as it is. I have been writing some music again so hopefully I will have a new song to show in a week or so, hopefully. I am rusty for sure, but always feels great to start playing music again. Otherwise not to much to report. Teaching students and finishing up school is basically what keeps me busy.

Hey hey so I really been meaning to post something substantial on my page but i started last semester of school and I am going to be demonstrating activities in lectures to like 800 freshmen on how to use Microsoft office…. but never the less i shall come back with something here soon now i’m in the swing of things…. take care everyone!

It’s been taking up some of my time but ill prob brew something up for the site in the next few days…. take care

So I was bored after class today and decided to throw together a intro type deal when i start doing screen casts of who knows what…. I haven’t messed with actually building stuff in flash for a long time as you will notice… Butttttt I decided to share it so far….. its really short but its not fancy either!!!

Don’t listen to the intro music to many times it gets killer!!

So I was doing some work on my computer the other day and I glanced over to my Ichat and thought it be cool if you could have the away message be your Itunes song. As Ichat users know that the option is available but for a “Not Away” message hahah….. so anyway did some internet searching and came across this applescript people are using…

tell application “iChat”
set the status to away
set the status message to “%Track – %Artist”
end tell

I was like sweet that rocks…. but I had to go about implementing it (which isn’t hard) but I am sure some are just thinking what to do with it?

I put it in an applescript and it works great for me… whenever I have Itunes running i just click it and hit run and bam…. ichat shows a Red away dot with your current itunes song…. Im sure there is more technical and fancy ways to go about it but this is easy enough!

So like i was saying this is easy enough and works for what i wanted it to do…. feel free to use it but just for my sake USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!….. Works great for me so should for you…… but I am just covering my ass…
